By downloading or using Melodify ("the app"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. We ask that you respect the work and intellectual property within the app. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, any part of its functionality, or the trademarks associated with it. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, create derivative versions, or translate it into other languages.

Melodify, located in Maltepe, Istanbul, is a software service created to generate AI-driven music based on user-provided prompts and selected genres. The app is currently available exclusively for iOS devices.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to make updates, improvements, or modifications to the app to ensure its usability and efficiency. Melodify currently offers a subscription-based model for access to premium features. By subscribing, you will be informed about the pricing and the specific features you will receive. We may introduce additional paid features in the future, and if that happens, we will notify you clearly about the pricing and what you are paying for before any charges are applied.

Data and Security

The app stores and processes personal data you provide, such as prompts and generated music tracks, to deliver its functionality. This data is securely stored on AWS servers. We strongly recommend keeping your device secure and avoiding actions such as jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can compromise its security and potentially prevent the app from functioning properly.

Internet Connectivity

Melodify requires an active internet connection to function. The app will not work fully or correctly without access to Wi-Fi or a mobile data connection. As a user, you are responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile network provider when using the app, including roaming charges if you access it outside your home country.

Updates and Compatibility

Melodify may require updates to remain compatible with your iOS device. While we will endeavor to provide updates as needed, we do not guarantee that the app will always be fully compatible with every iOS version or device. By using the app, you agree to download updates when they are made available to you.

Limitation of Responsibility

We strive to ensure Melodify is functional and reliable at all times. However, we rely on third-party services such as AWS to maintain certain features. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the app's use or its reliance on third-party services.

Subscription Limits and Song Creation Policy

We provide an annual allowance of up to 1,040 song creations, which serves as a defined limit for any subscription plan you choose (whether yearly, monthly, or weekly). During your subscription period, you are entitled to a maximum of 20 songs per week, amounting to 1,040 songs annually. Please note that each song creation process results in the generation of two songs simultaneously.

This limit ensures a consistent and fair usage policy across all subscription tiers.

Rate Limiting and Abuse Prevention

To ensure fair usage and maintain server stability, Melodify employs automatic systems to monitor activity.

Rate Limiting: To prevent misuse, access may be temporarily restricted if unusual or abusive behavior is detected.
Temporary Blocks: Restrictions are temporary and lifted after a defined period, allowing genuine users to resume use.
By using Melodify, you agree to these measures, which are in place to ensure the app’s stability for all users.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. You are encouraged to review this page for any changes. Updates will be communicated by posting the revised terms on this page.
